For one of our clients – a company offering a wide variety of services and known for their many satisfied clients. We are on a search for customer-oriented, organized and friendly individuals for the role of Customer Support Specialist with French or German and English - no experience required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilising various communication channels and aassisting customers in the best you can;
  • Analyzing and resolving customer requests and issues;
  • Offering information on administrative and technical matters (products, invoices, etc.);
  • Implementing changes in the system;
  • Redirecting faults or calls to other departments.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French or German at C1+ level is essential;
  • English proficiency at B1 level;
  • Customer-centric mindset and approach;
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Flexibility to work shifts.
