For our trusted client we are looking for an experienced Accountant & Personal Assistant to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Main responsibilities:

• Making outgoing payments and posting bank records and personal transactions of the manager;
• Calculating and posting contributions for tax liabilities;
• Reconciling bank statements, receiving, verifying and posting invoices related to accounts payable, assuring profitability of VAT declarations;
• Assists with scheduling the manager’s calendar, booking trips and appointments
• Тakes part in organizing personal and company events;
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders and partners upon management needs;

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting/Finance;
• Previous experience in Accountant and/or Personal Assistant role is considered a strong advantage;
• Fluency in English;
• ERP knowledge;
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
• Independent decision-making skills;
• Valid driver's license – cat. B
