Role Overview: The UX designer is responsible for tactical and operational design propositions and UX implementation in the company Digital Channels strategy, including online presence, self-care and e-commerce channels presence. He/she has tois responsible to create, develop and establish/operates with the UX brand benchmarksguideline, providing functional UX & UI designs to the users of Yettel product lines, and to develop and manage online journeys and related web- and mobile app interfaces. The UX designer is responsible for the UX audit, design creation and implementation support of user journeys across B2C & B2B digital channels, ensuring seamless and consistent UX.

Your responsibilities would be:

  • Create storyboards and website mapping, build wireframes to conceptualize designs and accurately convey digital platform journeys to internal stakeholders and line manager
  • Design new and optimize existing customer journeys, serving both, user ease of use and business needs.
  • Regularly update UX benchmarks and develop improvements for the company digital channels – in terms of concepts, content, UI, UX, functional improvements and optimizations
  • Participate in generating ideas for online apps, new products and services to develop relevant UX cases and use recent studies and findings to establish optimal UX practices
  • Conduct field research through various media platforms and user testing to gather feedback on user satisfaction and ease of interaction with company’s products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal & external) on the UX development of new products and services aimed
  • Carry out all other UX design development tasks, assigned by the line manager and in accordance with the employee’s qualification and responsibilities.

We expect from you:

  • Tech-Savvy Professional with Practical Expertise: Proficient in UX design, with hands-on experience in developing and managing products and end-to-end (E2E) projects. Skilled in Graphic Design, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
  • Project Management and UX Principles: Project management experience is an asset. Strong understanding of UI and UX principles.
  • Design Tools: Proficient with visual design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Strategic Analytical Skills: Ability to consult stakeholders using strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, leading processes from briefing and debriefing to design proposals and ad hoc improvements.
  • Digital Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of digital business (web, mobile, app, and web-sales) with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
  • Adaptability in Dynamic Environments: Capable of dealing effectively and professionally in rapidly changing and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and verbal).
