Role Overview:
Collection Specialist is responsible to organise, support, control and report all activities in the internal dunning process of post-paid subscribers. Act as the process specialist for development and continuous improvement in the systems and process areas.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for executing the collection / dunning process
- Ensure collection of outstanding customer invoices in compliance to policies and procedures
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned corporate accounts – credit limit control, debt collection, customer balance reconciliations, leasing approvals.
- Maintain and generate reporting to identify delinquent accounts and other collection measurements
- Make analysis and take decisions affecting credit status of corporate customers
- Reach collection goals and activity KPIs while retaining valued customers, communicate with customers in a professional and tactful manner for the purposes of solving all past due payment problems with expedience
We expect from you:
- Financial and Analytical Expertise: Good knowledge in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or information technology, along with well-developed analytical skills.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational abilities, ensuring effective collaboration and task management.
- Experience in Collections and Controlling: Experience in collection, controlling, or related areas is considered an asset, enhancing the ability to manage financial processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in using MS Office tools, with strong computer literacy skills to support daily tasks and projects.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, both written and spoken, allowing for clear and effective communication.
