Role Overview:

Reporting Specialist is responsible to develop, maintain and update tools, as well as produce regular (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual) and ad-hoc reports and analyses on commercial performance KPIs and commercial strategy KPIs. Participate in drafting and implementing improvements in the forecasting, planning, reporting and analyses processes for the needs of the Marketing, Digital, Customer Value management, and all other Commercial Divisions.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Create all necessary regular and as required analyses and reports regarding the company’s products and services, including activations, deactivations, retention, migrations, promotions, etc
• Participate in the quarterly forecasting process of all Commercial divisions, including compiling and verifying inputs from units
• Create all necessary regular and ad-hoc analyses and reports, including activations, deactivations, retention, customer revenue and debt, target achievement, company base development, customers’ contact information and other
• Provide and communicate all necessary information needed related to issues of business company base development
• Develop, maintain and update analytical tools and report templates as needed
• Support the reporting and information flow in the Commercial Divisions

• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to apply knowledge from a university degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Informatics, or a related field.

• Reporting Expertise: Proven experience in sales reporting and analysis, showcasing strong numeric and analytical skills.

• Adaptability: Capability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and eagerness to acquire new skills.

• Communication Skills: Strong presentation and communication abilities, with a focus on effectively conveying complex information to diverse audiences.

• Stress Management: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and with time constraints, maintaining high-quality output in challenging situations.

• Technological Proficiency: Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively.

• Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication in an international business environment.
