Engineering Process Planner – International projects

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor and control sub-projects completely and in coordination with the Project Manager and Line Manager (performance, deadlines, quality, costs).
• Planning and implementation of industrialization projects for the assembly of mechatronic products, taking Lean management principles into account from the rest manufacturing plants.
• Monitoring and controlling the installation and modification of assembly systems.

Key requirements:

• Master’s/bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, Automation engineering, Electronics engineering or relevant.
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Process engineer or Project manager.
• Experience in the automotive or electronics industry are preferred.
• Ability to travel internationally – up to 50% of the time.
• Fluent level of English, German is considered a plus.
• Know-how in production technologies and assembly systems.
• Knowledge and experience with LEAN methodologies are considered a plus.
• Positive and result oriented person, focused on solving challenges.
