Job Purpose
The Shared Services Vendor Master Data Sr. Assistant will be responsible of the vendor master in CCEP. The role will manage the day to day operational activities handled by the BPO as well as monitoring processes regarding quality, timeliness and completeness. The role will support BPO discussions as required
The role will drive process improvements in vendor master data as well as supporting as SME other non-master data processes in PTP, Procurement or other areas of the business
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the business Vendor Data Owner in defining and maintaining a Vendor Master Strategy
- Responsible for the Vendor content, including:
- Ensures the setup of vendor records by BPO is both accurate and undertaken in an efficient and timely manner. This includes coordination of mass updates when needed
- Coordinates sample checks on CapGemini master data record creation and maintenance
- Supports the establishment of and monitors adherence to policies regarding master data additions and changes
- Supports the escalation of outstanding data requests, whether from Cap Gemini or the business
- Supports that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are respected
- Supports action plans to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded
- Supports relevant vendor workflows regarding day to day activities as well as improvements, including testing and training to relevant users
- Supports vendor service requirements as defined by both formal Service Partnership Agreements as well as Vendor Satisfaction surveys and quality targets
Experience required
• Minimum of 1 year in a Purchase to Pay/Master Data environment in a multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment
• Experience of creating, managing and analyzing records/data through computerized systems, ideally in multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment
• Strong knowledge of SAP and other enabling technologies
