For one of our clients – well-known company offering services and products in the field of customer experience management. We are on a search for driven, organized and team- oriented people for the role Customer Care Specialist with Polish, Finnish or Dutch and English - Work from home.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represent the company to consumers, handling complaints, inquiries, and interactions on social media;
• Utilize active listening and leadership skills to understand consumer issues efficiently;
• Provide additional attention to sensitive contacts and cases;
• Develop expertise in the product portfolio and consumer expectations for each product and category;
• Proactively contribute to team building and service quality improvement.

Requirements:

• Great Polish, Finnish or Dutch and good English skills;
• Strong phone and verbal communication, with active listening skills;
• Preferably, experience in a customer service role;
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Proficiency in typing and computer skills, including MS Office applications;
• Organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills.
