Investor Relations Officer
For our client - multinational corporate service provider who serves financial institutions, multinationals, funds and private clients.- HRCP is looking to appoint an Investor Relations Officer, who will be a part of their compliance department in Sofia.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining investor registers and records, including the maintenance of an investor database;
- Completing investor know your client (“KYC”) and anti-money laundering (“AML”) processes in accordance with regulatory requirements and ISAE processes;
- Reviewing PPMs, LPAs, Side Letters, Subscription Agreements as a part of the due diligence efforts above, and report back to Manager Legal on findings (if any);
- Reviewing, training and motivating (junior) investor relations officers;
- Processing and confirming subscriptions, redemptions and transfers;
- Processing capital calls and distributions;
- Issuance of investor reports and notices;
- Acting as a first point of contact for investors;
- Attending to ad hoc investor requests;
- Providing feedback to fund managers;
- Maintaining a personal investor access portal up to date to view real-time data onoutstanding KYC/AML and investor reporting and documentation;
- Communicating, maintaining relationships with and meeting the expectations of investors, fund managers, auditors, etc.;
- Communicating and liaising with internal fund specialists, including Trustmoore’s Legal, Compliance and Financial teams;
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks appropriate to the role and business requirements.
Requirements:
- Have a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Law (corporate/ company/ fiscal) or equivalent;
- A minimun of 3 years work experience in Fund Services, including Private Equity;
- Experience with local KYC, Anti- money Laundering and other compliance policies;
- Knowledge of relevant local and international regulations, including having an understanding of the investor decision-making process;
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing;
- Flexible attitude and can-do mentality;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Is quality focused, business-minded with the ability to deliver excellent service to our clients;
- Willingness to develop your professional skills in an international environment;
- Personal credibility, integrity, high moral standards; and
- Proactive, responsible, high meticulous and detail-oriented.
