For our client, an international manufacturing company located in Plovdiv, we are looking for a senior HR professional experienced in personnel administration and payroll.

The role includes:

• Primary interface for the business on all people-related matters
• Management of the entire process of personnel administration
• Management of payroll and salary administration
• Internal company HR procedures and policies
• Maintain and update relevant HR software
• Supporting recruitment and company events management processes
• Assist health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding
• Forecast and execution of HR-related expenses and budgets
