Due to further development of our local team in Bulgaria we are now looking for a bright professional to join our team as a Junior Recruitment & Business Development Specialist.
Job purpose
The successful candidate will develop and manage Client and Candidate relationship in order to generate profitable business/sales for the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Map the local market and build a potential client list to develop the business in HR services
- Make cold calls or follow leads to approach prospective clients
- Actively participate in meetings with clients, presenting Adecco’s recruitment services in order to promote Adecco’s image and source new business
- Continuously seek to develop the business within existing clients through contacts with Line Manager by identifying new sales leads
- Prepare contracts/terms & conditions for recruitment projects
- Present candidates to clients who meet their requirements and make interview arrangements, ensuring the candidates are fully briefed on the interview arrangements.
- Maintain positive relationships with candidates and regular contacts to gain commitment and ensure availability
- Perform interviews with candidates, in order to assess qualifications, competencies, skills and previous employment to enable the best possible job matching
- Create and monitor job ads in job portals/website
- Prepare data/reports for own activity
Requirements:
- 1+ year of related experience in B2B Sales, Business Development or similar field
- Completed relevant university degree
- Willingness to develop in the field of recruitment services
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of CRM system is considered an advantage
