We're in a phase of exponential growth and we're seeking our Senior Programme Manager.

What will your mission be?

As a Senior Programme Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various projects under large programmes, ensuring that all departments contribute effectively, and work streams are well-organized and synchronized.

What Awaits You Each Day?

• Programme Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering successful outcomes.

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

• Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve problems to keep projects on track.

• Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage programme budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources to achieve strategic objectives.

• Strategic Oversight and Alignment: Provide strategic oversight and ensure that all projects are aligned with the overall goals of the programme and the organization.

• Enhanced Coordination and Communication: Improve coordination and communication among project teams to ensure smooth execution and successful delivery of programme objectives.

• Efficient Resource Management: Optimize the use of resources across projects to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

• Process Improvement and Innovation: Drive process improvements and innovation within the programme to enhance overall performance and outcomes.

Are You the One Were Searching For?

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in programme management or a similar role within a complex organization.

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale programmes and leading cross-functional teams.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.

• Experience in the food or agriculture industry is a plus but not required.

• Proficiency in English (French & Bulgarian are a plus).
