HEAD OF CARD PAYMENTS UNIT

ProCredit Bank is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Head of Card Payments Unit.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education – University degree in Economics, Informatics or equivalent
• Experience in Card Payments industry – minimum 3 years
• Experience in a management position will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of bank activities and regulations
• Good knowledge of the Payment Cards Industry, processing and software systems
• Excellent command of English – written and spoken

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Together with the Head of Card Payments Department is responsible for the development of the card payments strategy
• Following all the regulatory and Card Payment Schemes requirements and initiate projects and changes where applicable
• Manage IT Projects, Vendors, internal team
• Supervise all the activities and the ongoing tasks in the team
• Monitor and adjust all the processes and services related to card payments
• Follows the set deadlines in completing projects, preparing replies to inquiries and providing reports
• Conducts market research related to the implementation of new products
• Lead and coordinate the implementation process of launching new services
• Discusses and debates pending cards/POS terminal issues and provides suggestions for their solution
