Human Resources Expert

ProCredit Bank is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Human Resources Expert in the Head Office.
Responsibilities:
- Lead he full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires;
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies;
- Proactively search for candidates through suitable channels;
- Maintain effective communication with anyone involved in the recruitment throughout the hiring process;
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop the employer branding strategy of the company;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, different channels to identify and engage top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events - exhibitions, presentations, university events;
- Carries out administrative activities regarding the recruitment, trainings and the Onboarding process;
- Participate in different HR projects;
- Prepares statistics, references and reports on the recruitment process.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field;
- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition;
- Fluency in English language;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication and partnership building skills;
- Ability to function in a complex and rapidly changing environment;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge within the team.
