ProCredit Bank is currently seeking for a qualified candidate for the position of Digital Channels Support Expert in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with Internet Banking and Mobile banking;
  • Process requests for editing the settings and parameters related to Internet Banking;
  • Provide support with problems related to accounts and payments;
  • Provide support with undelivered cards, problems with transactions, block and unblock cards;
  • Provide support to Business client advisers for solving complex tasks related to different departments in HO;
  • Propose solutions to variety of requests for better customer’s experience;
  • Provide customer’s support through the Bank's digital channels

Main requirements:

  • University degree (regardless of the academic discipline);
  • 2+ years of previous experience in similar position;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
  • Good organizational skills and an affinity for teamwork;
  • A responsible approach to your daily tasks and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A desire to learn and develop.
