Trust & Safety Specialist for Supercell Games Account with German and English (Only written support)

TELUS International Bulgaria is looking for passionate Trust & Safety Specialists for Supercell Account.

As a Supercell Trust & Safety Specialist, you’ll be on the front line of ensuring the safety of our fans and players from around the world. You’ll do this by having a deep understanding of our policies, and the intent behind those policies. You’ll use this understanding enforcing the Community & Safety Policy by responding to safety issues from users.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Leaders in Trust & Safety to ensure players have a great experience
  • Enforcing our Safe and Fair Play Policy by handling various tasks related to their safety
  • Respond to Trust & Safety related support tickets
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Supercell’s Community and Safety Policy guidelines
  • Work with Trust & Safety Lead and Champion on escalations and in-game security incidents
  • Report issues & occurring market trends to the Leaders in Trust & Safety Team

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German & English
  • 1+ years experience in moderating social media and supporting an online/gaming community
  • Ability to work from office
  • Demonstrate understanding of current affairs and pop culture's impact in online gaming communities
  • Strong commitment and passion for creating a safe and friendly environment for players
