Junior Support Agent with English (Fully Remote)

For one of our clients – a leading company in the customer experience management field, currently on a search for fresh faces for a huge telecommunications project. We are looking for patient, friendly and proactive people for for the role of Junior Support Agent with English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support across various communication channels;
• Manage billing and administrative issues through tickets, emails, and calls;
• Accurately maintain and update customer records;
• Offer support and advice to colleagues, contributing to the team’s success;
• Work closely with team leads and senior agents to quickly resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Team-oriented, patient and good with stress management;
• Experience with Broadband/Telephony sector is advantageous but not mandatory;
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changes, and focus on finding solutions;
• A strong work ethic, proactive approach, and ability to work well under pressure.
