Role Overview:
- We are seeking an Administrative Specialist fluent in French and English for a leading FMCG company. You'll support Key Account Managers and Sales Specialists, ensuring high-quality commercial administration and sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service and support to the sales team
- Directly manage incoming cases by phone and email from sales reps and customers.
- Calculate manual bonuses for payouts to customers.
- Handle contract management and storage, including creation and updates of existing contracts.
- Update customer assortment catalogue with customer articles.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in French and English.
- Previous administration experience is a plus.
- Experience in providing service both by phone and email.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus.
- University degree in a relevant field.
