ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

For a trusted client, we are looking for an electrical engineer to work in Western Europe, in a leadership role, for a small team of electricians.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the implementation of projects ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations and providing technical expertise.
- Lead electrical engineering activities on site including installations, commissioning and maintenance.
- Coordination with the project manager.
- Troubleshooting complex electrical systems and implementing effective solutions
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, codes and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to optimize project results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field (Master's or PhD is also possible).
- Proven leadership skills and experience in leading engineering teams.
- Strong technical experience in designing, installing and troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
