Role Overview:

We are seeking an Administrative Specialist fluent in French and English for a leading FMCG company. You'll support Key Account Managers and Sales Specialists, ensuring high-quality commercial administration and sales support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service and support to the sales team
  • Directly manage incoming cases by phone and email from sales reps and customers.
  • Calculate manual bonuses for payouts to customers.
  • Handle contract management and storage, including creation and updates of existing contracts.
  • Update customer assortment catalogue with customer articles.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Previous administration experience is a plus.
  • Experience in providing service both by phone and email.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus.
  • University degree in a relevant field.
