GOVERNMENT RELATIONS MANAGER

For our trusted client, a newly opened production facility, we are looking to hire: GOVERNMENT RELATIONS MANAGER
Main responsibilities:
- Handling active correspondence with state institutions, participating in projects, collecting offers, and data analysis;
- Processing daily incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Managing company documentation and document flow;
- Ordering office supplies, tracking expenses, and preparing budgets;
- Organizing travel arrangements, flight and hotel bookings, car rentals, and transfers;
- Organizing internal and external events, booking conference venues, accommodations, and catering services.
Key requirements:
- Completed higher education in Business Administration, Management, Law, Human Resources, or a similar field;
- Previous experience in an administrative/office position – minimum of 3 years;
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Active driver.
