About the job opportunity:

Ecolab is looking for a Sales Support Assistant for its Institutional division. In this role you will carry out general administrative tasks to assist an individual, a team of professionals, or specific business processes. You will gather, organize, and evaluate fundamental data for use in reports or presentations, creating necessary charts, graphs, or tables. Our sales support manages routine correspondence using established procedures that do not necessitate managerial oversight.

What will you do?

• Assist the division’s field sales team in various customer support activities.

• Participate in projects aimed at improving work efficiencies between sales support and selling teams.

• Utilize Ecolab’s internal tools and systems to support organizational communication.

• Generate regular reports as required within the division.

What are the requirements?

• Education degree: A university degree in a business-related subject is strongly recommended.

• Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles.

• Collaboration Skills: Ability to network and collaborate across different departments.

• Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of using computer operations, office software, and accounting programs.

• Language Skills: Proficient in English. Native/fluent in Bulgarian.
