Business Analyst

For one of our clients, developing a Transportation Managment System, we are looking for a Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

➢ Create, update, and manage documentation for business processes, system operations, product development, and other technical activities;

➢ Collect, analyze, and validate requirements to ensure they are complete, consistent, feasible, and adhere to standards;

➢ Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and review technical information and requirements for documentation;

➢ Support the Product Owner in gathering requirements and managing stakeholder expectations;

➢ Develop clear and well-structured user stories with defined acceptance criteria, supported by wireframes and workflows;

➢ Identify risks and issues, and assist in resolving them effectively;

➢ Facilitate the software development lifecycle (SDLC) phases in close cooperation with the Project Manager.

Requirements:

➢ Minimum 2 years of profecional experience as a Business Analyst in a software development setting;

➢ Proficiency in writing business documentation;

➢ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to details;

➢ Experience in creating wireframes and process flow diagrams;

➢ Excellent verbal communication skills and proficiency in English;

➢ Experience working within an Agile framework;

➢ Ability to meet deadlines consistently;

➢ Adaptability to changing environments;

➢ Strong teamwork skills.

Nice to have:

➢ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science;

➢ Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence).
