Plant Financial Controller

Currently, for one of our trusted clients - the Bulgarian subsidiary of an international manufacturing company, we are looking for Plant Financial Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation of the monthly financial reports and analyses
• Strong collaboration with the Foreign Subsidiary Controller of the company and local outsourced accounting team
• Collaborate with the Plant Manager to align Group financial strategies with operational goals;
• Responsible for the Budget Process
• Responsible for the preparation of the monthly Balanced Score Card and tracking and analysing the relevant KPI’s;
• Analyze inventory, scrap and staffing;
• Recommend cost-saving initiatives and interact with other functions to support production efficiency improvement measures;
• Implement the Group financial processes (SAP) for the Bulgarian subsidiary and where relevant adjust those for local requirements and collaborate with other process owners to ensure that workflows are from end-to-end;
• Support Intercompany Reconciliation;
• Support the Cost Accounting tasks in SAP in collaboration with Group Controlling;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Finance-related roles
• 2+ years of experience as Financial controller
• Previous background in Manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Excel
• Fluency in English
