Client Support with German

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Client Support who would work with German language. The role is part of a project related to social media.

The support will be provided through chat and email, with no phone calls involved. Work time: from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 to 18:00, 4/2 or 5/1 working schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Address user inquiries related to account or device suspensions with precision, empathy, and promptness in German;
  • Leverage internal systems and adhere to established procedures to effectively resolve user concerns;
  • Keep up-to-date on policy updates and follow guidelines when managing situations;
  • Gather further details as necessary, providing solutions that make users feel appreciated and supported;
  • Collaborate to meet performance targets, including productivity, quality, and resolution-based metrics.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in German and English – minimum B1/B2 level;
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, self-directed setting.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in customer support;
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage Windows operating systems;
  • Knowledge of social media platforms.
