Buyer in procurement department
We are looking for a Buyer in the procurement department.
Duties and responsibilities:
Updating purchase orders in SAP, following administrative workflows from request until delivery Maintaining and updating purchase and suppliers records Process requestions and purchases documents via EDI-Platform (OnVentis) Serve as the link of communication between the Purchase department and internal/external partners Follow company guidelines, principles, and procedures Contract Management for investments and local demand for services in Bulgaria Be part of new investment topics/projects Ensure supply chain management in a timely manner Resolve any issues and problems faced by suppliers Negotiate conditions and prices for services and goods
Skills:
English B2 Level, German is a plus Minimum 2 years of working experience with the procurement function Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, Experience in SAP, module MM Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult suppliers Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information Demonstrate strong initiative Independent and self-organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines Able to provide comprehensive purchase reports to managers Ability to work as part of a team and take directions accurately and execute them as agreed
