Due to the further need of our trusted client manufacturing company, we are looking to hire Chief Commercial Officer

Key responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy - building strong client relationships, and overseeing the Sales team in achieving business targets.
• You will focus on expanding market share and driving growth both domestically and internationally.
• Negotiate contracts, close significant deals, and ensure long-term partnerships through tailored solutions.
• Determine pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and our profitability objectives.
• Assemble, inspire, and lead the commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and improve margins.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive business expansion and product innovation.
• Align sales strategy with overall business goals by working closely with senior management . Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and key initiatives.

Key requirements:

• Experience in sales leadership, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record in selling aluminium profiles is highly desirable.
• Experience in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
• Higher education in the field of in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Innovative and adaptable, with the ability to navigate complex industrial markets.
