Role Overview:

Digital Sales Specialist is responsible for the management of the web-site content, as well as the operational execution of company's Digital Sales strategy, including online presence and e-commerce channels development. This role will also be focused on Yettel’s digital transformation, taking a crucial part in the planning and overseeing of the development of the e-commerce capabilities of the company.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including UX/UI, marketing, technology, to deliver self-care and ecommerce capabilities for Yettel web as one of the primary digital touchpoints;
  • Keep up-to-date the product portfolio at yettel.bg;
  • Oversee the process of transformation for the e-commerce platform, including giving valuable input for new functionalities and designs of the e-commerce capabilities;
  • Participate in generating ideas for online applications, new products and services, develop relevant business cases and plan their implementation;
  • Responsible for driving traffic, sales & revenue achievement and customer satisfaction levels within the website and eshop
  • Monitor agreed KPIs on channels performance and to propose actions to drive business results;
  • Actively participate with other departments in development of new e-business solutions;
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional teams (internal & external) responsible for development and implementation of customer centric Journeys across digital channels.

We expect from you:

  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies and implementation.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability, with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
  • Results-Driven Leadership: Demonstrated capability to build and execute strategic plans, meeting and exceeding both short and long-term business objectives.
  • Telecommunications Insight: Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and its digital business landscape (web, mobile, app, and web-sales).
  • Adaptability Champion: Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment, handling challenges with professionalism and agility.
  • Bilingual Communication Excellence: Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, ensuring effective communication across diverse teams.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with MS Office suite and other relevant digital tools essential for the role.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive the implementation of customer-centric journeys across digital channels.
