Due to our business and operational expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives with solid English to join our team.
Hybrid is defined as minimum of 2 days per week working from the office and maximum 3 days remotely. Working hours are Monday - Sunday 10:00 - 23:00h.
What will you be doing?
• Providing customer support services via telephone • Focusing on customers’ needs and offering the best solution • Resolving issues while providing the best services and products for our customers’ experience • Maximising all revenue opportunities in communications with customers
To join our team, you need:
• Good communication skills and command of English language • Problem-solving skills • Basic computer literacy • Positive attitude, the desire to learn new skills and a strong work ethic • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory
