Position Overview: As a Market Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analyzing consumer behavior trends, and delivering impactful reports to support your clients' business strategies. You will play a critical role in helping top-tier FMCG and Retail brands stay ahead of market trends and meet consumer expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research using advanced tools and methodologies to uncover insights into consumer behavior and market trends
- Analyze quantitative big data to identify patterns, opportunities, and potential risks for clients
- Prepare detailed, insightful, and actionable market research reports that inform business decisions
- Stay informed on the latest developments in the FMCG and Retail sectors, as well as broader consumer trends
- Effectively manage projects to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and insight
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure research aligns with business goals
Desired Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Market Research or Marketing, ideally within the FMCG or Retail sectors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an excellent attention to detail
- Proactive team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- University degree in Sociology, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Fluency in both English and Bulgarian (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
