We are currently expanding our team of Еxperts Business Development in the Business Department-Private Clients for our Business Development Unit in the Head Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the organization of daily work in the unit, distributes current tasks and controls their execution
  • Responds to inquiries from the offices related to products, procedures, preferential terms, exceptions etc. as well as to business clients’ inquiries
  • Supports the planning and organization of attracting potential clients and works with current ones
  • Performs researches, reports, analyses
  • Introduces and offers new products and procedures for Private individuals
  • Prepares presentations and participates in workshops with representatives of other departments in the Head Office and Branch network; participates in projects for the Head Office and ProCredit Holding
  • Initiates, organizes and participates in external and marketing events
  • Support to the branch network for achieving the set business goals
  • Works with internal bank documents (business reports, credit-analytical reports, protocols, contracts, banking tariff, interest rate bulletin, instructions and others)

Main requirements:

  • University degree
  • Fluency in English language
