ProCredit Bank Bulgaria is looking to hire an employee for the position of Expert Marketing researches and analysis.
Main responsibilities:
- Research and analyze the banking products and services market in the country and abroad, as well as the competitive environment
- Create survey questionnaires for current customers and potential customers and analyzes results
- Monitor, summarize, and analyze primary statistical data from Marketing Department activities
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Funnel Performance reporting and insights - monitoring, reporting and analyzing funnel metrics (from web to lead and to customer) and presenting the results
- Create regular and ad-hoc reports on marketing effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support data-driven decision making
- Adopt existing and new marketing analytics strategies, key performance indicators and reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in marketing analytics and/or market research
- Clear understanding of the business objectives of the marketing and sales teams
- Understanding of data from web, product, CRM and marketing systems and the relationship between different data sets and ecosystems
- Excellent use of Excel, Power Point and other tools to analyze, process and present data
- Advanced degree - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing and/or Statistics
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Desire to work on brand communication analytics
- Very good level of English
- Very good organizational and teamwork skills
- Driving license category "B"
