Position resume:
Secure the supply and logistics for agricultural commodities and crop residues. This includes establishing a network of suppliers, customers, and logistics providers from in Bulgaria, Central and Eastern European countries. The activity includes identifying, contacting, and contracting suppliers and customers of agricultural commodities and crop residues and logistics providers, maintain a well-organized data base with suppliers and customers’ details.
Main activities:
• Suppliers, Customers and Logistics Providers:

Agricultural Commodities: identify and contact farmers, traders and potential customers of agricultural commodities in Bulgaria, Central and Eastern European countries.

Agricultural Crop Residues: identify and contact farmers, traders and potential customers of agricultural crop residues in Bulgaria, Central and Eastern European countries.

Logistics Providers: identify and contact logistics providers specific for agricultural commodities and residues.

Contracting: will be done under guidance of General Manager or Commercial Manager.

Database: maintain a well-organized database in accordance with GDPR regulations for the purpose of commercial activities with suppliers and buyer.
• Market Monitoring and Research:

Continuous monitoring of the Agricultural commodities and residues market evolution including market structure, major players (suppliers and customers), crop development, annual yield expectations in Bulgaria, Central and Eastern European countries.

Continuous monitoring of the logistics market evolution, specific for agricultural commodities and residues, including market structure, major players, seasonality in Bulgaria, Central and Eastern European countries.

Develop strategy proposal to adapt to current market conditions and meet financial objectives.
Your qualification:
• University degree in Economics or Agricultural or studies.
• Native Bulgarian speaker and fluent in English language both written and spoken.
• Work experience in the areas of supply and logistics, preferably with background from agricultural commodities or agricultural residues sector; Commercial experience is required.
• Microsoft Office – it is a must to have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Effective communication.
• Independent worker and self-driven capable of work without supervision.
• Excellent team player - ability to work with the team and experience of dealing with people at all levels within an organization.
• Very good organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively plan activities.
• Driver’s License - category B.
