Product Manager – Youth segment
UBB was established in 1992 through the merger of 22 Bulgarian regional commercial banks as the first and largest in terms of scale consolidation project in the Bulgarian banking sector. Since 2017 the Bank has been part of the Belgian bank-assurance group КВС, currently the largest financial group in Bulgaria. Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of the youth segment through innovation;
- Establish a strong long-term relationship with new and existing youth clients;
- Identify & analyze customer needs and market trends to develop the best solutions;
- Define market segment strategies based on analysis, market research and interaction with prospective clients, leveraging on existing and new products and services to ensure high customer satisfaction;
- Develop and execute market segment strategies, including target applications and product roadmaps (existing and new products) and relative business plans;
- Create, maintain and interpret market & competitive intelligence (market size, potential, opportunity/threat, etc.) ;
- Provide oversight and monitor execution of the segment to meet annual and strategic plan goals;
- Collaborate with educational institutions or other youth-centric organizations to reach out to young audiences;
- Organize marketing acquisition campaigns and initiatives with third parties;
- Liaise with other related units, teams, departments to carry out all relevant activities.
Requirements:
- University degree in the Business or Economic fields;
- Ability to understand customer needs in the specific segment and provide creative problem-solving skills to optimize market opportunities.
- High-level of analytical skills and ability to think “out-of-the-box”;
- Expert in markets, data analysis, market research methods and approaches;
- Banking product knowledge would be considered an advantage;
- Understanding of business processes, KPI’s and business rules;
- Ability to multi-task under tight timelines from conception through execution;
- Proven track record of execution and delivery;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills – English, Bulgarian;
- High proficiency in all of MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
