Office Coordinator

As an Office Coordinator, you will have the mission to sustain a pleasant office environment in cooperation with all company departments – mostly with HR, Property and Accounting. the company encourages you to bring and share your enthusiasm to ensure organizational excellence and the quality of the internal services. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to engage in internal initiatives, and proactively drive changes to help our fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the office facilities by maintaining common areas, conference rooms, and reception areas – monitoring any maintenance needs or issues.
  • Partner with selected vendors to supply the office with materials and other consumables.
  • Facilitating traveling arrangements and accommodating company customers and guests to the office, providing them with the necessary attention and support.
  • Administrate office documentation – vendor contracts, protocols, invoices, etc.
  • Organize shipment of parcels, receive, and deliver mail.
  • Support employee experience by handling administrative and other queries.
  • Administrative support in some HR processes and initiatives like employee leaves, interview scheduling, internal events, team building management, benefits management, etc.

Requirements :

  • 1+ years of experience on a similar position.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Good knowledge of MS Stack (Outlook, MS Office).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in Bulgarian and good English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, follow deadlines and make rapid decisions.
  • Passion for creating a delightful office atmosphere.
  • A creative mindset with enthusiasm to suggest, apply and lead new office initiatives.
