If you have:

  • Previous experience with lead generation, marketing automation platforms and CRM systems would be considered as an advantage;
  • Understanding of bank business processes ;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Open-minded, innovative, creative personality.

And you would like to:

  • Create, monitor and further develop tailored lead generation campaigns across digital channels and CRM for Corporate & SME clients;
  • Collaborate on development of propensity and anti-churn models and implement them in lead generation campaigns;
  • Track the satisfaction level of business customers at their various points of contact with the bank and collaborate with the other teams for keeping high levels of satisfaction;
  • Participate in the further development of CRM functionalities in order to expand the capabilities of the digital assistant Kate;
