Our client, a leading IT consultancy, specializes in connecting top-tier technology professionals. We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to provide essential support to their office and executives, helping drive strategic initiatives and ensuring smooth operational efficiency.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and respond or redirect as appropriate.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of documents for public tenders and other interactions with government bodies.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses, managing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
  • Handle back-office work, ensuring smooth operational support and efficiency in administrative processes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience, preferably in an international company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in French.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Experience with administrative tasks related to government bodies, including public tender processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach to work. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
