Job Overview: For one of our most trusted clients, we are currently searching for a Finance Manager with the proven ability to deliver a variety of accounting and financial management services to support the Finance activities across all brand businesses. The Finance Maanger works in close partnership with the business and global finance to execute financial strategies that will directly contribute to the growth of the business. The role will operate within the Finance department and will report to CFO of the company. In this position you will have two direct reports.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure correct posting of daily transactions in accounting software by the accounting team.
- Ensure accuracy of accounts payable and receivable.
- Export and design accounting reports for management purposes and present their results.
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
- Prepare monthly cashflows in accordance with the budgets.
- Prepare financial statements and produce and monitor budgets.
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
- Coordinate and manage external audits to ensure compliance.
- Act as a liaison between CFO and local credit institutions.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes for the purposes of local and group requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics with a Masters degree in a related subject.
- Formal Finance or Accountancy qualifications/certifications (ACCA, ACA, CIMA etc.) would be considered as an advantage.
- Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
- Several years оf experience in an accounting/finance function, ideally within the real estate business operation environment.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be considered as a plus.
- Functional reporting and partnering with stakeholders.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills to manage internal stakeholders and end users.
- Adaptable personality and technical skills, detail oriented and analytical thinking, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (mainly Microsoft Excel).
- Strong communication skills and experience in working in multinational environment.
