Expert Business Development Micro Clients

We are currently expanding our team of Еxperts Business Development Micro Clients for our Business Development Unit part of Business Department – Private Clients in the Head Office.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in the organization of daily work in the unit, distributes current tasks and controls their execution
- Responds to inquiries from the offices related to products, procedures, preferential terms, exceptions etc. as well as to business clients’ inquiries
- Supports the planning and organization of attracting potential clients and works with current ones
- Communicates on a daily basis with the Business Client Advisers Micro Clients to set the working strategy for potential and business clients
- Monitors the market trends and new opportunities for customers’ service in the segment
- Performs researches, reports, analyses
- Prepares presentations and participates in workshops with representatives of other departments in the Head Office and Branch network; participates in projects for the Head Office and ProCredit Holding
- Initiates, organizes and participates in external and marketing events
- Supports the branch network for achieving the set business goals
- Works with internal bank documents (business reports, credit-analytical reports, protocols, contracts, banking tariff, interest rate bulletin, instructions and others)
- Introduces and offers new products and procedures for Micro Clients
Main requirements:
- University degree
- Fluency in English language
- Team work approach
- Strong analytical skills & attention to details
- Prioritization and task management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and sales skills
- Willingness to learn and improve
