Sales Specialist with German

Currently, for one of our trusted clients in the field of dental implants, we are looking for a C2 level German-speaking Sales Specialist to join their team onsite in Sofia.

Key Responsibilities:

• On a daily basis, you would hear between 30-40 leads (who have submitted a treatment inquiry through the clinic channels) that your supervisor submits to you.
• You would listen to the client's needs - what procedure they decided on and you would advise them or suggest the best alternative.
• Once patients decide to undergo the procedure at the clinic in Bulgaria - you will be their point of contact, making sure they get a good and supportive experience
• Your responsibilities will include welcoming patients, advising them, responding to their inquiries, and scheduling their appointments.
• Your role concludes after the patients undergo their dental procedures.

Key Qualifications:

• German - C2 level is a must; a second EU language is an advantage.
• Striving to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
• Excellent organizational skills and Ability to multitask and appropriately prioritize tasks and deliverables.
• Ensuring accurate data management and following internal rules and procedures.
• Previous working experience as a sales agent is considered a serious advantage.
