Facility Manager

For our client’s new project – a multifunctional building, we’re looking for a Facility Manager.

Main Accountabilities:

• Oversees all maintenance operations for the hotel
• Leads a team of technical experts in water supply and sanitation (ВиК), heating and ventilation (ОВ), and electro
• Delegates maintenance tasks to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Ensure proper upkeek of shared facilities and areas

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Previous working experience at a hotel or business building
• Knowledge in water supply and sanitation (ВиК), heating and ventilation (ОВ), and electro
• Excellent proficiency in English
