Helpdesk Specialist with German and English

Currently, for our trusted client in Varna, we are looking for Helpdesk Specialist with German and English.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting partners and employees worldwide by telephone or remote access systems;
- Resolving problems and offer solutions for various software or furniture issues;
- Processing user inquiries - from initial contact to error analysis to the development of solutions installation and administration of clients;
- Working closely with various departments.
Requirements:
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills (Level B2+)
- Previous experience in the field of IT service and IT support is a huge advantage
- A solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of service orientation is one of your strengths;
- Team player with good communication skills
