About the Role: Our client, a global leader in digital, cloud, and security solutions, is seeking a B2B Sales Specialist in Italian and English to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
This position focuses on managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses, helping them grow through tailored digital advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, helping them increase revenue through smart product recommendations.
- Research and understand market trends and clients' business needs to offer customized solutions.
- Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with strategic advice to meet their business goals.
- Engage with clients via phone and email to assess product performance and improve their experience.
- Exceed sales targets through high-volume outbound calls and consultative selling.
- Develop expertise in social media marketing solutions and their impact on client success.
Do you tick all the boxes?
- Fluent in Italian and English (both spoken and written);
- At least 1 year of sales experience;
- Knowledge of advertising and experience in building client relationships;
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset;
- Team player with a keen attention to detail;
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to client's evolving needs and business growth.
