Workflow Optimisation Specialist with Dutch and English - No calls (Hybrid model of work)

For one of our clients – a company well-known for their high-quality of services and products. We are searching for organized, cooperative and detail-oriented people for the role of the role of Workflow Optimisation Specialist with Dutch and English - No calls.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing various processes related to different insurance products;
- Fostering a cooperative culture among team members to ensure a positive atmosphere;
- Handling policy creation, renewals, changes, transfers, and cancellations;
- Utilizing specific internal software systems for data processing and storage;
- Validating data and documents accuracy and keeping in line with company policies and local legal frameworks;
- Maintain active written communication with brokers and maintaining a high-quality professional standards of work.
Requirements:
- Very good command of Dutch and English language (B2 level);
- Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply;
- Experience in an administrative position is an advantage but not required;
- Computer literate with experience in MS Word and Excell;
- Team-oriented and able to work with others well;
- Attentive to details and accurate when handling documentation;
- Organized and skilled with task prioritization.
