Maintenance Engineer

For a trusted client, we are looking for Maintenance Engineer.
Job Purpose: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, leading and overseeing the work of the assigned maintenance team, ensuring efficient task allocation and optimal utilization of machinery and equipment. The role supports the smooth execution of the production process by maintaining equipment in good working condition, including implementing preventive maintenance activities to minimize breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the activities of mechanics in the facility and distribute tasks according to the maintenance and service plan for machinery and equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to the technical maintenance of assigned machinery and equipment.
- Train, organize and instruct operational staff and external contractors on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
- Oversee external companies and suppliers, ensuring the safe and proper execution of assigned tasks and adherence to internal company practices.
- Monitor the effective and optimal utilization of machinery and equipment.
- Plan, ensure, and control the availability and usage of spare parts for the assigned area.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, diagrams and drawings related to the equipment.
- Higher education is required, preferably in a technical field (Engineering).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software.
- English language proficiency level B2.
- Additional qualifications: A valid driver’s license.
