On behalf of one of our partners, an international company, leader in its field, we are currently looking for Client Coordinator with Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Support of corporate customers by processing queries
  • Resolving product/service issues and providing ongoing assistance
  • Processing payments, disputes
  • Compliance with project-specific communication standards and processes
  • Maintaining accurate database

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken Spanish
  • Good level of English
  • Experience in a customer facing/adminitrative/finance role is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer and solution-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of Excel is a plus
