Sales Expert /Field Sales Agent/

For one of our clients – a global company specializing in packaging manufacturing, we’re looking for a Sales Expert /Field Sales Agent/.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Actively working towards reaching sales goals
• Expanding client portfolio
• Cultivating strong professional relationship with clients and distributors through regular visits and effective communication
• Preparing proposals and sales contracts, as well as negotiating with customers
• Oversee sales projects until customer delivery
• Generating monthly reports on sales, inventory and projects status
• Providing conventional yet innovative ideas by understanding and meeting customer needs
• Traveling across South Romania & Bulgaria to meet new and potential clients

Requirements:

• 2+ years of similar working experience
• Experience in Sales within a manufacturing plant environment is an advantage
• Desire to work with and lead a team of people
• Demonstrated experience in Team/People Management is an advantage
• Excellent level in English
• Educational background in Engineering is a plus
