eTail Operations Specialist North America

The role:

Pwrteams is currently looking to hire an eTail Operations Specialist for a large multinational company in Consumer Electronics with a passion for all things digital and the ambition to help drive sales on key eTail partners.

You will report to the Online Merchandising Manager for North America (NAM), who is based in Newark, CA, and dotted line to the Global Etail Channel Manager based in Lausanne, CH. You are critical to drive best-in-class executions of product launches at top eTailers. These eTailers may include, but are not limited to Walmart, Target, Office Depot and Staples.

Audit and to ensure eTail excellence:

  • Monitor & optimize the product page content of our key assortment (product description, images, videos, increase conversion rate, improve content)
  • Improve SEO: auditing and adding keywords, rewording text (titles, bullet points)
  • Execute change requests from Marketing & Category teams
  • Communicate and collaborate with eTailers counter parts in order to secure and improve execution (variations, merging, widget, bundles, etc.)
  • Develop a strong understanding on which interventions have the biggest impact and build best practice guidance that helps us improve our launch toolkits
  • Analyze performance and data sharing where available in order to measure the impact of the changes
  • Collaborate with other teams (content team, analytics, Amazon team, …) in order to share best practices and optimize your mission

Coordinate and collaborate internally and externally:

  • Work closely with the Online Merchandising Manager for priorities and project status
  • Work directly with customers / retailers for implementation and maintenance
  • Work with regional Etail team and especially Ops & Analysis Specialists, based in Sofia; for guidance and support
  • Work with external agencies (content, reviews, syndication, etc.)

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Previous relevant work experience
  • Great collaboration skills, pro-activity and ownership
  • Excellent time management & ability to manage multiple projects, attention to detail and strong operational discipline
  • Languages: Fluent in English is a must and French will be a plus.

Ideally, you also have previous experience and/or skills in the following areas:

  • Digital Marketing & eCommerce
  • Working with larger organizations and with various stakeholders
  • Working with retailers : omnichannel and pure players (Amazon) Managed PIM; CMS; CRM
