Legal and Data Privacy Analyst

We are currently looking for Legal and Data Privacy Analyst to join our global team.
Main responsibilities:
• Draft, review, negotiate and revise various types of agreements, in particular in relation to data privacy clauses in contracts with clients and suppliers using existing Group Legal tools
• Ensure contract-related review and approval processes for supported contracts, as well as run other contract management activities
• Support in the creation and maintenance of standard data privacy contract templates, clauses and their acceptable variances as well as playbooks, and provide translations.
• Manage data privacy inbox(es), perform a first analysis of queries, and respond to requests from data subjects in dedicated countries in their local languages
• Keep high quality content in the privacy management tool
• Provide advice and answers to general data privacy questions from The Adecco Group’s branches or colleagues; for example data retention periods, documents which can be shared with third parties, or what sensitive data means.
Qualifications:
• University degree in Law, Business Administration/Contract management, Data protection and intellectual property or similar
• 1 - 3 years’ experience on similar position preferably from within international environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Good networking skills and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues.
• Ability to handle and manage critical, sensitive and/or complex matters
• Dedication to quality and success, highly diligent work ethic, attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously, however open to seek guidance and input when needed
