Customer Support Specialist with German – Telecommunications

Key Requirements:

• German – B2 level or higher;
• No prior experience required;
• English not required.

Responsibilities:

• Answering and handling incoming inquiries via email, chat, and phone (approximately 20-30 calls per day);
• Presenting the company's products upon caller's request.

Application Process:

• Written test for language assessment (20-30 minutes);
• Online interview;
• Job offer.

Duration of Paid Training:

• 8 weeks.

Salary:

• 3500 BGN gross + bonus.
